ZTH Private Limited ("ZTH," "we," "us") builds capital access, fundraising readiness and business software. This policy covers everything we run on zth.co.in and its subdomains:

• The ZTH website (zth.co.in) and ZTH Insider (zth.co.in/insider)
• Zth-OS, our business operating system for companies (os.zth.co.in)
• The Zth-OS Demo, where anyone can try Zth-OS (demo.zth.co.in)
• Investor Mock Room (imr.zth.co.in) and Smart Engine Deck (deck.zth.co.in)

It explains what we collect, why, where it goes, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

On the website and ZTH Insider

• Contact form submissions: name, email, phone number, company and the service you select.
• Waitlists and Insider sign-ups: name, email and anything else you choose to tell us.
• Visit analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies (see Cookies below).
• Advertising on ZTH Insider, only if you accept cookies (see Advertising below).

In the Zth-OS Demo

• Sign-up details: email, name and company name.
• What you add to your demo workspace: the records, files and questions you enter. Each demo workspace is private to the person who created it.
• Product usage: which pages, modules and features you use, and when (see below).

In Zth-OS

• Account details for you and the people you invite: name, email, role.
• Your business data: everything your team enters or connects. It belongs to your business. We process it only to provide Zth-OS to you, and we never use it for anything else.
• Product usage: which pages, modules and features are used, by which account and workspace, and when (see below).

In Investor Mock Room and Smart Engine Deck

• Account details and the decks, answers and chats you create, so the product can analyse them and you can come back to them.

The only ads we show are Google ads on ZTH Insider (see Advertising). We do not sell your data to anyone.

Product usage analytics

In Zth-OS and the Demo we record which pages you open, which module they belong to and which features you use (for example "created a purchase order" or "asked YENSIN"), linked to your account and workspace. We use this only to understand what is useful and what to improve. It records that a feature was used, never the content of your records. It stays in our own database and is not shared with analytics or advertising companies.

Advertising

ZTH Insider (zth.co.in/insider) shows ads served by Google AdSense. Google's ad script is present on our website pages, but it requests no ads and sets no advertising cookies until you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. Once you do, Google and its partners use cookies to show ads, which can be based on your visits to this and other websites. You can turn off personalised ads in Google's Ad Settings and read how Google uses data from sites that use its services. There are no ads in Zth-OS, the Demo, Investor Mock Room or Smart Engine Deck, and nothing you enter in them is shared with Google for advertising.

AI features

YENSIN, the AI in Zth-OS, Investor Mock Room and Smart Engine Deck, sends the question you ask, and the parts of your data needed to answer it, to our AI providers: Anthropic (Claude) for answers, and Voyage AI for search. They process it to return a result to you, under their API terms. YENSIN only reaches the data your account is allowed to see, and asks before it changes anything.

To make YENSIN better we keep anonymised usage patterns: the kind of question asked (for example "a lookup" or "a draft"), how long it took, whether it worked, and any thumbs up or down. Never the question or answer itself, and never your company's data or anyone's personal details. A Zth-OS company's owner can switch this off in Billing.

Cookies

We use three kinds of cookies. Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember your cookie choice; the sites can't work without them, so they don't need your consent. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics and Hotjar) and advertising cookies (Google AdSense, on ZTH Insider only) are only set if you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time: cookie settings.

Hotjar is never used inside Zth-OS, so your business screens are never recorded. Zth-OS also keeps small preferences (such as light or dark theme) in your browser's local storage; these never leave your device.

Where it's stored and who processes it

Our data is stored with Supabase and the sites are hosted on Vercel. Zth-OS customer data is kept in a separate database from ZTH's own systems, and the Demo has its own database again. The providers below process data only on our behalf:

• Supabase: databases, sign-in and file storage
• Vercel: hosting
• Anthropic and Voyage AI: AI features (see AI features)
• Google Analytics and Hotjar: website analytics, only with your consent
• Google AdSense: ads on ZTH Insider, only with your consent
• Google Workspace: email we send you

How long we keep it

• Contact form and waitlist details: until you ask us to delete them, or once they're no longer needed.
• Demo workspaces: deleted after 30 days without use.
• Zth-OS data: for as long as your business uses Zth-OS, then deleted or returned to you when you leave.
• Analytics: Google Analytics up to 14 months; product usage records up to 24 months.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold on you, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw consent you've given, or raise a complaint, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Email zth@zth.co.in. A real person on our team handles every request.

Changes to this policy

If what we collect or how we use it changes meaningfully, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
