Straight answers about where your data lives and who can see it
Every organisation's records are walled off from every other organisation's, enforced by the database itself on every read and write, not just by the app.
People see only the modules and departments they're given. The same rules apply to YENSIN: it can never read or do more than the person asking.
ZTH staff don't browse customer data. Support access to a workspace is limited to authorised people for a stated reason, and is logged.
Your workspace's documents, mail and records are never used to train models for other customers. Our AI provider does not train on API data by default.
Emails to outside people, payments and record changes proposed by YENSIN are shown to you first and only happen when you approve.

Questions, answered
What happens after the free trial?
For 14 days you get the Business plan's seats and YENSIN credits, with the modules you pick (add more free any time). When it ends, your workspace becomes read-only until you choose a plan: nothing is deleted, and you can still open and export everything.
How does billing work?
You pay for a month, a quarter or a year in advance, by UPI, card or netbanking. Quarterly saves 15% and yearly saves 30% on the plan, its modules and extra seats. Prices are before 18% GST.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Switch between Starter and Business, add or drop modules and add seats any time from Billing inside Zth-OS.
What are YENSIN credits?
YENSIN, the AI in Zth-OS, runs on credits: 1 credit is ₹1, and each answer uses only what it cost to run. Your plan includes credits every month, and you can buy more whenever you need them.
Is our company's data kept separate?
Yes. Every company's data is walled off from every other company's in the database itself, and removing someone from your team ends their access straight away.
Can I cancel?
There's no lock-in. Stop renewing whenever you like; your workspace stays on its plan until the end of the period you paid for.

What companies ask us
Where is our company's data stored?
In a managed PostgreSQL database with file storage alongside it. Every record is tied to its organisation and kept apart by access rules enforced in the database itself, so no organisation can see another's data. We can tell you the hosting region and the providers we use.
Can someone at ZTH open our data?
Ordinary ZTH staff have no access to customer workspaces. A small number of authorised engineers can reach production systems to keep them running; access to a customer's data is only for a stated support or security reason, and it is logged. We won't tell you "nobody can ever access it", because no honest hosted service can; we tell you who can, when, and how it's controlled.
Is our data used to train AI?
No. Your records, documents and email are used only to answer your own team. Improvements to YENSIN come from ZTH's own product work and, only where you've agreed to it, from anonymous usage signals, never from your private content.
How is AI usage billed?
Every YENSIN request is metered to your organisation and labelled by what it was for (a dashboard, a report, an email, a question). Your plan includes an AI allowance; you see usage by task and by person in your workspace, and anything above the allowance is billed as usage.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you subscribe, your workspace carries on with what you choose to keep. If you don't, the trial workspace and its data are deleted after a notice period.
Can we get an even more isolated setup?
For larger organisations with specific security, compliance or regulatory needs, we can discuss dedicated deployments and stricter controls as an enterprise arrangement.
